Payment for services accepted in cash or by card
In case of not showing up for an appointment, You must inform the medical practice at least 24 hours before the appointment.
The failure to do so will result in You being charged 5€ for the missed appointment.
The appointment time at the family doctor is 15 minutes, please keep track of the time yourself so as not to delay other patients.
The appointment time for acute and urgent patients at the family doctor is 5 minutes, during which we only talk about the current problem.
